PGPD Investigates Homicide in Temple Hills

The Prince George’s County Police Department is investigating a fatal shooting in Temple Hills. The victim is 20-year-old K’Shon Jerome Johnson of South View Drive in Oxon Hill. Preliminarily, detectives do not believe this was a random act. A reward of up to $25,000 is being offered for information leading to an arrest and indictment in this case.

On March 23, 2016, at about 9:20 pm, patrol officers were called to the 3800 block of 28th Avenue for a shooting. When they arrived, they found Johnson outside in a parking lot suffering from a gunshot wound. He was pronounced dead on the scene.

Detectives are working to identify the suspect(s) and establish a motive.
